This course is designed for those who are currently working or would like to work within the health and social care sector, and provides knowledge that may be applied to a wide range of job roles within health and social care settings. You will learn about infection control, the causes of infections, the conditions in which they thrive and the ways that they can be spread. You will also study the methods used to prevent and control any spread of infection. This course will give you the skills needed to prevent infections spreading in the workplace.
There are no formal entry requirements to study this course. This course is suitable for learners aged 16 and above. These courses are usually FREE– unless you are working for a large employer.
