Law and Legal Work Certificate Level 2

This course provides opportunities for learners to develop an understanding and accessing a range of employability skills and knowledge essential for working life.

This nationally recognised qualification provides opportunities for learners to enter employment in the legal sector or to progress to further vocational qualifications such as the Pearson BTEC Level 3. 

 

You will have a wide choice of options like:

·       The English Legal System

·       Criminal Law and Procedure

·       Police and Their Powers

·       Developing Work-related Skills and Behaviours

·       Understanding Types of Employment Contract

·       Working as Part of a Team

·       Developing Job Application Skills

·       Developing Interview Skills    

·       Understanding Work-based Rights and Responsibilities.

* Courses are free for 16-18s. Students aged 19 or over could be charged fees and is subject to a fee assessment. Learners on benefits in the majority of cases courses are also free. Fee assessments are completed at enrolment.

Course Length: 35 Weeks

Minimum of four GCSEs at grade 3/D, including English at Grade 3/D.

All units are assignment based and internally assessed.

This Level 2 course could help you get a job in a range of sectors of your choice. Alternatively, successful completion of this qualification will progress you onto the following courses:

 

·       Level 3 Diploma in Business & Law    

·       Level 3 Extended Certificate in Applied Law, Diploma in Criminology and Applied Psychology.
