All resources will be made available to you via an online e-learning platform or paper based format with support from your allocated assessor.

Progression to other distance learning courses – eg Information, Advice and Guidance L2, Business Admin L2 and Team Leading L2. This could also be used as a progression for the Customer Service Apprenticeship.
