There are eight mandatory units to complete: 1. Principles of team leading 2. Understand business 3. Understand how to communicate work related information 4. Understand customers 5. Understand how to deliver customer service and resolve problems 6. Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues 7. Understand health and safety procedures 8. Understand how to handle information and mail.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. This course is funded and available for learners age 19 and above who have lived in the UK for 3 years+.
All resources will be made available to you via an online e-learning platform or paper based format with support from your allocated assessor.
Once you have successfully completed this course you could continue to study other NCFE courses or secure employment in the health and social care sector.
