BMet celebrates a trio of key career and college focused dates in March
BMet are lending their support to a trilogy of key awareness campaigns in March – AOC Colleges Week, National Careers Week and International Women’s Day – with a variety of content.
The three dates, taking place between 3rd and 8th March, gives the college an opportunity to highlight interesting and topical activities that are happening across BMet’s sites.
BMet will join other organisations nationally and globally, to engage the social media online community, using the #CollegesWeek2025, #NCW2025 and #IWD2025 hashtags.
Written and video activity will include the creation of specially designed social media, public relations and event material.
Positive themed content will include:
- Showcasing student created TikToks and videos
- Highlighting student success case studies
- Raising awareness of equality and sustainability centred initiatives
The approach is to focus on a variety of tactical marketing and profile-raising initiatives across the three campaigns, to raise visibility of BMet and their offer.
Relating to this, the aim is to raise awareness of BMet, their colleges and available career pathways for current and prospective students and employers.
Suzie Branch, Vice Principal for External Development, said: “March is a very important date in the college cycle. The three campaigns are a great way for BMet to showcase our varied courses and career pathways that are on offer, using the powerful medium of social media.
“We encourage people to get involved through our communications and to lend their support to invaluable causes and campaigns.”
Key messages that will circulated throughout the awareness dates include:
- BMet’s wide-ranging courses equip individuals with lifelong skills for diverse and fulfilling career paths.
- Everyone is invited: no matter your age or background, there’s an opportunity waiting for you.
- Real stories, real success: hear from BMet students who are shaping their futures today.
