Matthew Boulton College – Cladding Update

This is an update regarding the cladding at Matthew Boulton College. The West Midlands Fire and Rescue service have inspected the Matthew Boulton College building and declared it safe. Over the summer, we have also had our own independent fire safety checks by a Fire Engineer and by our Fire Safety consultants as part of an annual check. Both these inspections agree with the results of the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service inspection. Following this expert advice we are confident that our building is safe for us all to use, it is a modern building with high standards of fire safety. Our priority is always to ensure that our students and staff are safe and we hope this will reassure you ahead of the new term.
