Hyundai supports students’ drive for success
A donation of cars and car parts is helping students at Stourbridge College steer their careers in the right direction.
Hyundai UK has supplied motor vehicle students with cars, engines and gearboxes worth over £50,000 to support their training.
Mark Lucas, Product Quality and Campaign Engineer at Hyundai said: “As a former college student, I know how beneficial it is to be able to work with modern vehicles, new engines and equipment. The company is delighted to provide a boost to the training opportunities available to these students. We hope it helps them to better understand the operational side of these vehicles.”
Jon Cremin, lecturer at the college added: “We’re overwhelmed by Hyundai’s generosity and willingness to invest in our students’ futures. It’s important that they are comfortable working with different makes and models; understanding how drivers can get the best out of their vehicles.”
